Ride share services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Terminal pick-up locations for ride share service providers are as follows:
Terminal 3: South outer curb, west end between doors #2 and #4
Terminal 4: Level 1, north outer curb, far west end outside door #1
Terminal 4: Level 1, south outer curb east end outside door #6 or door #8
Travel Tip: Customers should arrange their ride once they have all of their bags and are ready to exit the terminal.

For LightRail Services to the hotel:
Valley Metro Light Rail operates 18–22 hours per day, seven days a week and stops every 12–20 minutes along the 28-mile line linking Phoenix to neighboring communities and attractions. There is a dedicated stop on the Valley Metro Light Rail at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix, making travel to and from the area convenient, especially to and from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
Directions to Phoenix Convention Center from the Airport: Take the free PHX Sky Train from Level 3 of Terminal 4 to the 44th Street PHX Sky Train Station. From there, take the elevator or escalator down to the platform of the 44th St/Washington Valley Metro Rail stop. If you are traveling from Terminals 2 or 3, take the free black and silver PHX Airport Shuttle to Terminal 4 and then proceed to Level 3 to connect with the PHX Sky Train. The PHX Sky Train and Airport shuttles are designed for travelers with luggage and run seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
In addition, for all conference events taking place away from the hotel, there will be transportation provided.
